传说当世界陷入黑暗的危难之际，拥有神奇力量的光之美少女便会出现人间，打败黑暗邪恶的敌人，拯救世界。不久之前，十几位光之美少女现身横滨，解除了人类的危机。某中学转学生坂上步（能登麻美子 配音）是一个内向害羞的女孩，虽然和同学们都是光之美少女的崇拜者，无奈却无法鼓起勇气和同学们交流。在放学回家的路上，苦恼的小步突然看见一个神秘而可爱的黄色生物。她为之取名小呼（熊田圣亚 配音），并与之成为了好朋友，殊不知这正是被光之美少女打败的怪物的碎片变化而成。与此同时，光之美少女们则在城市各个角落寻找碎片的踪迹。 　　未完待续的大战即将展开，光之美少女能否再次拯救美丽的城市……Fusion, the dark matter, threatens Japan but the Prettycure defeat him left with particles of him scattered all around. Megumi, cure Happy, and her friends search for Fusion followed by their fairy Candy. However, a fateful encounter brings them to find a mysterious girl named Ayumi, and a new group of friends who share a common goal. Can the Prettycure and their new friends defeat this enemy Fusion?
