〈妙房东〉"The Ropers" (1979)，由Norman Fell和Audra Lindley主演。由〈三人行〉"Three's Company"中的房东夫妻角色独立出的另一部情境喜剧。可惜只演了一季28集就匆匆下档。Stanley and Helen Roper have sold their apartment complex and moved into a new one. Their trademark quirks are intact as they deal with new neighbors and frequent visits from Helen's sister.
