お荷物OLを切れ 　　地獄の温泉旅行 　　寿退社を狙え 　　適材適所の嘘 　　ミスを呼ぶ女達 　　さよなら青春 　　とても危ない状況 　　最後の家族旅行 　　妻には内緒ね!? 　　妊娠ですか? 　　意外な結末 　　さよなら流れ星 　　５年間の海外単身赴任を終え帰国した坂本時雄（長塚京三）は、五反田支店に支店長代理として着任する。時雄は、支店長・拓植義治（前田吟）から“お荷物ＯＬ”と呼ばれている万里華、笑美子、新入社員の菜乃子をリストラせよという業務命令を受けた。情報収集をしようと、３人のＯＬを居酒屋に誘うのだが、明るくて素直な彼女たちの素顔を知ってしまうと、苦い気持ちで一杯になってしまう。そして、彼女たちを一人前に鍛えることを決意し、そんな時雄に３人も好意を持つのであった。The setting of this romantic comedy is a travel agency in Japan, to which Tokio has returned from an overseas assignment to supervise three young women who face the loss of their jobs in a restructuring effort. The good-natured Tokio finds himself caught in the middle, with little support from his wife and limited encouragement from his friend. The story provides a realistic window into a company in the midst of restructuring, tempered by the comic absurdity of the situations which often develop.
